<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card as a portable electronic device that efficiently accesses a plurality of data objects stored in a binary record file. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card 1 has: a communication interface that performs data communication with an IC card processor 2 as an external device; and a data memory storing a record file where a plurality of data objects are sequentially arranged. A current pointer setting table 23a provided in a RAM 23 of the IC card 1 is a management table that stores management information of each data object in the record file to be accessed in the record files stored in the data memory. When receiving a command for requesting access to a specific data object from the IC card processor 2, a control part 21 of the IC card 1 accesses the data object designated in the command based on the management information stored in the current pointer setting table 23a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
