<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap having a plug comprising a thermoplastic elastomer material and more improved in the capacity such as resealability or the like of needle insertion. <P>SOLUTION: In the medical cap composed of a plug 10 comprising a thermoplastic elastomer resin and an outer frame body 20 made of a synthetic resin, the side surface part of the plug is brought into contact with the inner wall 211 of the side peripheral part of the outer frame body 20 in a non-welded state to be held so as to receive pressure from the leg part 22 of the outer frame body. As a result, the liquid contact surface of the plug has not a flat surface but a convex inclination downward to the circle center. A protrusion 14 can be provided to the liquid contact surface and, in this case, the base of the protrusion being a part of the liquid contact surface has the convex inclination downward to the circle center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
