PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent turn-up of a shield member on an end of a jack connector. SOLUTION: The jack connector 20 is structured by aligning contact modules 100 and shield members 130 alternately in a longitudinal direction of a housing 21. The shield member 130 includes a U-shaped hook part 141 in a periphery of a mounting terminal part 137 below a height direction center line 138. A cut 124 is formed on a rear end of a module body 110, below a height direction center line 128 and in a periphery of a lower end. The hook part 141 is fitted to the cut 124, and the turn-up of the exposed shield member 130 on a mounting terminal part 137 side is effectively prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
