PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological material discharging apparatus capable of preventing adsorption of protein beforehand and securing protein mass included in droplets. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a nozzle 31 for dissolving biological materials and discharging the dispersed liquids as droplets; a cavity 32 that communicates with the nozzle 31 and pressurizes liquid discharged from the nozzle 31; a reservoir 33 that communicates with the cavity 32 and stores liquid supplied to the cavity 32; a supply route for supplying liquid to the reservoir 33; a nozzle actuator 22 for enlarging and reducing the volume of the cavity 32 by displacing a diaphragm 35; and a control unit for controlling the drive of the nozzle actuator 22. Surface treatment without adsorbing biopolymer is performed to the nozzle 31, a part near the nozzle 31, the cavity 32, the reservoir 33, and part on which liquid in the supply route abuts.
