PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute droplet jetting apparatus which has an ink jet mechanism part capable of making liquid or liquid containing fine particles flow to a flow path part provided with a minute flow path and stably putting it out of the flow path as droplets at high speed by vibrating the vicinity of a nozzle part provided on a part of the flow path, and in which the ink jet mechanism part can be easily attached and detached to/from the flow path part. SOLUTION: A material layer 4 (glass of a metal, for instance) having Young's modulus higher than that of the material of flow path parts 5, 6, 7 and 8 is provided between the flow path parts 5, 6, 7 and 8 and the ink jet mechanism part 3.
