<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the improvement of throughput in uphill communication. <P>SOLUTION: Either one of a first mode, in which the permission of a base station is not necessary to effect uphill data transmission by a mobile station, or a second mode, in which the permission of the base station is necessary to effect the uphill data transmission by the mobile station, is selected from a communicating condition between the mobile station and the base station to monitor whether the uphill data is received or not between the mobile station and the base station during operation under the first mode and inform the mobile station of a transmission timing upon the uphill data transmission from the received uphill data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
