<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material exhibiting a high cost-performance obtained by effectively reutilizing a carbonaceous solid produced from a polyvinyl chloride used in a large amount in various fields because being inexpensive and easily handled when chloride components are removed from the polyvinyl chloride to detoxify it, and further highly value-adding the inexpensively obtained solid by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A cation exchange resin is obtained by sulfonating a carbonaceous solid obtained by dechlorinating a polyvinyl chloride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
