PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an illumination lamp in a variety of application as a fish-luring lamp or a rescue lamp which can illuminate a water surface by floating even in water other than the application for a general illumination lump. SOLUTION: The illumination lamp is provided with a body, and a waterproof lamp shade prepared on the body. A light-emitting unit is prepared at a front end of the body, and a connection holder is prepared at an outer edge of the front end of the body.
