<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a contact point of a second movable contact in a repulsion type circuit breaker caused by an arc without increasing the number of parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An end of a terminal conductor 20 having a terminal part 20a at another end is arranged near the second movable contact 5, and the end of the terminal conductor 20 is provided with a commutation portion 20b that commutates the arc on the side of the second movable contact point 5a generated between the first and second movable contact points 3a, 5a when the second movable contact 5 transits from a closed state to an open state, wherein the arc generated on the side of the second movable contact point 5a of the second movable contact 5 is commutated to the commutation portion 20b, thereby preventing the contact point 5a of the second movable contact 5 from wearing.
