Ž<P>SOLUTION: When hydraulic oil supplied from a hydraulic drive source 2 is supplied to one oil chamber 4r of a hydraulic cylinder 4 via a servo valve Vs, and a movable body 6 connected to a piston 5 built in the hydraulic cylinder 4 is moved under a speed control, the control is conducted in such manners that before the speed control is started, the hydraulic oil is supplied to an oil chamber 4f opposite to one oil chamber 4r of the hydraulic cylinder 4 to donate preliminarily established reverse pressure Pr in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the movable body 6, and that the preliminarily established reverse pressure Pr is kept at least until the speed control is started.
