<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manipulate a wealth of operation menus without losing portability or operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A remote control terminal 20 obtains ID's which are wirelessly transmitted from an arbitrary device 30 and a display device 40 by its reception directivity in response to its orientation and reports them to a device controller 10 as device selection instructions and display selection instructions. In this manner, it selects a device 30 to be remote controlled and a display device 40 for indicating its operation menus. The device controller 10 creates operation menus relative to the device 30 which is selected by the remote control terminal 20 and indicates them on the display device 40 which is selected by the remote control terminal 20.
