PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic contact element having a deformity of a shape erected in three dimensions in a bent state, and capable of always retaining contact properties well between the deformity and an electrode. SOLUTION: The elastic contact element 10 includes a fixing support 11 fixed to a land 2, and the deformity 12 erected in a three-dimensional shape. The deformity 12 twists only to the same direction from a base end 12a to a tip 12b and deforms, and separates from a virtual plane H as going toward the tip 12b. At the tip 12b of the deformity 12, an outside projection 13 facing outward is fitted, and the outside projection 13 is tilted to the same direction with the twisting direction of the deformity, the tip 13a of the outside projection 13 is located at the farthest position from the virtual plane H. As being in contact with the electrode, a coating of a surface of the electrode can be removed easily by the tip 13a of the outside projection 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
