<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal cover for taking voltage measurements with the terminal cover covering a terminal block of a watt meter in an attached state and for further preventing generation of a short circuit between terminals by regulating an insertion direction of a tester pin into the terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The terminal cover 2 is a terminal cover 2 covering the terminal block 5 of the watt meter 100 and includes a terminal cover body 21 for being attached to the terminal block 5 and a protrusion portion 4 protruding to the internal surface side of the terminal cover body 21.
