<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device capable of avoiding the deterioration of responsiveness in hydraulic control in a control valve when using a structure for mixing microbubbles in oil supplied to a lubricated part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lubricating oil supply device provided with a microbubble generating device 32 for mixing microbubbles in the oil in a route for supplying the oil discharged from an oil pressure source 9 to the lubricated part 31 includes; first oil passages 16 and 21 to each of which the oil discharged from the oil pressure source 9 is supplied; and a control valve 22 for discharging the oil of the firs toil passage 16 to a second oil passage 26 in the control of the oil pressure or a flow rate of the oil in the first oil passages 16 and 21.
