摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capacitor discharge mechanism which can complete discharge from a capacitor accumulating a high-voltage DC power at the time of vehicle collision with a simple structure and in short time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle capacitor discharge mechanism 50 is provided with conductive puncturing members 60 and 62 which are arranged by turning sharpened tips to an external face of a bottom wall part 11 of a case 10 and are electrically conducted to a vehicle body 2, and supporting structures 52, 56 and 64 in which the puncturing member 62 penetrates the bottom wall part 11 when the case 10 is displaced by a shock load that the case 10 receives at the time of vehicle collision, the puncturing members 60 and 62 are supported by the vehicle body 2 at the position pierced into the capacitor 15, and a conductive path from the puncturing member 62 pierced to the capacitor 15 to the vehicle body 2 is formed.
