PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system capable of retrieving facilities from various view points. SOLUTION: The facility management system includes: a user-classified image display management part 3 provided with an image format control part for preparing an image for displaying a retrieval result at a display device 6 as a retrieval result list display image, a data management part 12 for managing a facility management database 4 and a retrieval item management part 13 for preparing retrieval items to be inputted to the user-classified retrieval display image for retrieving the database; a data input device 5; and a display device 6 for displaying the retrieval result. The retrieval item management part 13 selectably displays the plurality of retrieval items at the selection item part of the display device, further shifts the retrieval item selected through the data input device among the retrieval items displayed at the selection item part to one of a plurality of selection columns corresponding to the operation of the input device, displays it, and retrieves the facility management database 4 with the retrieval items displayed in the selection columns as retrieval keys.
