<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-pushing carriage in a simple structure capable of reducing noises generated when the carriage is traveled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The noise is generated caused by leaving/landing of a wheel from a road surface. Therefore, the carriage is made to a structure that the wheel is not left from the road surface. As the method, both free front wheels 1 are mounted to the lower surface of a plate 2. The central shaft of the plate is mounted onto the central shaft of the carriage lower surface by a shaft 3. A clearance is present between the plate and the carriage lower surface, and the plate can be vertically swung/moved making the shaft as an axis. When the carriage passes the road surface with recession/projection, any of both the front wheels are not left from the road surface by swinging the plate.
