<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a constitution for tipping up a seat cushion in linking with forward inclination of a seat back and setting reclining by inclining the seat back backward is unknown. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reclining device 20 is mounted on the seat back 14 coaxially with a guide arm 32 fixed to the seat back 14. A guide plate 34 with a guide hole 34a is fixed to a rear bracket 18. An oscillation link 36 is divided into a main link 36M with a guide hole 36c and a sub link 36S provided oscillatably in the main link 36M. A guide pin 39 is provided in the sub link 36S and is inserted into a guide hole 32a of the guide arm 32 via the guide holes 36c and 34a. The guide pin 39 is slid by being guided by the guide holes 36c and 34a, and thereby the sub link 36S is oscillated in relation to the main link 36M and oscillation of the oscillation link 36 is regulated in a direction for pushing an interlocking arm.
