PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wight of a sunshade panel for a sunroof of an automobile. SOLUTION: The sunshade panel 10 is provided with a plurality of base material layers 11, 12 comprising a urethane foamed body respectively; a first glass fiber reinforcement layer 13 joined between the plurality of base material layers 11, 12; second and third glass fiber reinforcement layers 14, 15 joined to the outer sides of the plurality of base material layers respectively; a skin layer 16 joined to an outer side of the second glass fiber reinforcement layer 14; and a back surface layer 17 joined to an outer side of the third glass fiber reinforcement layer 15.
