PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for managing an advertisement and contents by using a keyword are provided to supply good contents in a user's view point by outputting user's desirable information at an upper position than an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An authentication unit(232) authenticates whether or not a connector is a keyword guide of a certain keyword, and an advertisement and content editing control unit(234) enables the keyword guide to edit the advertisements and the contents within a content guide webpage. A webpage storage unit(240) stores the keyword guide webpage. If a cooperated portal request keyword guide loading, a webpage transmission unit(242) transmits the keyword guide webpage.
