The device (1) has a dividing station (3) for dividing fillers in to filler parts, and a filling station (5) comprising a gripping device (4) for gripping the filler parts. The filling station fills a mold with the filler parts that are guided from two different sides in to the mold. The dividing station comprises a cutting device for cutting the fillers. The gripping device comprises a bolt gripper, and the fillers serve for thermal insulation and/or sound insulation. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling of mold with fillers.
