The heat-exchanger (1) has a layer block (2) with layer plates and lower and upper cover plates, and arranged in housings (3-6) with connection supports (3a-5a) for two flow mediums. The layer plates, cover plates and the housings are connected with each other in a material-fit manner. The layer plates and/or cover plates are manufactured from an iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, where the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy includes 10 to 25 percents of chrome content and 2.75 to 3.75 percents of aluminum content. The layer plates are connected by front side joint seams. |
