The device has a spinning device (1) with spinning nozzles (6) for extruding threads, a lower winding machine (2.1) and an upper winding machine (2.2) that are arranged one above the other. The winding machines wind the threads in two separated yarns sheets (5.1, 5.2). A lower doffing plane formed by a lower base (3) is attached to the machines for evacuating coils (23).
