A network auto-optimization method, equipment and system is provided, wherein the network auto-optimization method comprises the following steps: a managed one implements the first auto-optimization scheme; the managed one determines the first auto-optimization effect value based on the implementation result of the first auto-optimization scheme; the managed one transmits an auto-optimization effect notification message based on the first auto-optimization effect value and the first expected auto-optimization effect value, and the auto-optimization effect notification message indicates to the manager the auto-optimization effect generated by the first auto-optimization scheme. By applying the method in the embodiments of the present invention, the network can perform auto-optimization, which solves the problem of scene complexity, cumbersome process, and the reliance on maintainers' experience, judgment and operation in traditional network optimization, thereby providing a solution for the network maintenance in Long Term Evolution Systems.
