The actuating device (100) has a bolt (102) for transmission of an actuating moment. A fastening plate (110) is provided for fastening at a window frame, and has a through hole (112) for the bolt. The fastening plate has an opening (116) at its front side, by which latching position is defined. The bolt has two sections (104,106). An axis element (120) is provided receiving the section of the bolt.
