A human cavity wall three-dimensional measure method, instrument and system, comprise: at least a field generator which generates a plurality of distinguishable fields in response to drive signals; at least a field sensor situated in an object instrument which generates sensor signals in response to said distinguishable fields; and a position signal processor which sends drive signals to the field generator and measures the output of said field sensor signals and after these obtains five-dimensional location and orientation coordinated data of the sensor position of an object instrument.
