The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), where: R1 and R2 are identical or different, each being a hydrogen or halogen atom, or an alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, acyl, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl, cyano, nitro, amino, substituted or unsubstituted aminocarbonyl, aminosulfonyl, alkylsulfonylaminoalkyl, N-hydroxycarboximidamide or benzyloxy grouping; R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, cycloalkyl ou cycloalkylalkyl grouping; R4 is a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl grouping; the invention also relates to the use thereof as positive allosteric modulators of AMPA receptors and agonists of NMDA receptors.
