If data transmission processing is run, the position of a pointer is detected (S31), and whether the pointer is on shared data is judged (S32). When the pointer is on shared data (S32:YES), whether a secret area has been instructed is judged (S33). When a secret area has been instructed (S33:YES), the encryption information of the instructed secret area is acquired (S34). Next, decryption information is acquired from the decryption information storage area (S35). When the decryption level is greater than or equal to the encryption level of the secret area (S36:YES), notification of a secret conference is transmitted to other terminal apparatuses (S37).
