<p>The invention relates to an endoscopic cutting surgical device including a guide tube (12) for receiving an optical cable (68) of an endoscope, said guide tube including a proximal end (14) and an opposite distal end (16) that is fitted with a cutting head (18). Said cutting head includes a cutting blade (20) and a recess (28) with a side opening (30) and an opposite bottom wall (32), said cutting blade (20) having a free end (38) and, opposite the latter, an attaching end (40) that is rotatably mounted inside said recess (28). Said optical cable (68) is to be translatably driven through said recess (28) so as to cause the pivotal movement of said cutting blade (20) from a position in which said free end (38) is placed inside said recess (28) to a position in which said free end (38) projects from said recess (28).</p> |
