<p>An air interface synchronization method for a Home NodeB (HNB) includes: a priority strategy for selecting a synchronization reference object is set; according to the priority strategy, the synchronization reference object is selected by the HNB from the frequency point list of the HNB to perform air interface synchronization. Also an air interface synchronization system for a Home NodeB (HNB) is provided.</p>
