In a riding type agricultural working machine comprising a working device which is liftably connected to the rear of a traveling frame by a link device, a mechanism for lifting the working device is constituted so as to minimize waste with respect to dynamic performance and cost performance. The traveling frame (1) comprises left and right side frames (9). The rear half sections of the side frames (9) form upward sloped sections (9a). A rear frame (11) is fixed to the rear ends of the left and right sloped sections (9a). The rear frame (11) is supported by left and right rear poles (13). The link device (3) comprises a top link (54) and a rear link (55) both of which are rotatably connected to the rear poles (13). The rear frame (11) and the lower link (55) are connected to each other through a lift cylinder (68). A hitch (56) is connected to the rear ends of the top link (54) and the lower link (55), and the working device (rice transplanter) (2) is attached to the hitch (56).
