The device has a hollow shaft (10) fastened to a solid shaft, and a shrinkage disk for generating radial shrinkage force on a shrinkage area (14) of the hollow shaft. The hollow shaft is provided with an axially closed elongated hole (15). The axial elongated hole has a projection on an axis of the hollow shaft covering the overall axial length of the shrinkage area, where the elongated hole is closed. A recess is provided at ends of the elongated hole. The shrinkage area is provided at an end of the hollow shaft.
