The pump (1) has a pump housing (2) partially formed as cylinder head element (31), where the pump housing is arranged with a pump element. A set of membrane bellows (38) with an end (41) is closely attached to a pump piston (9) at an extent section. Another set of membrane bellows with an end is closely attached to a section of the cylinder head element. The end of the former set of membrane bellows is glued, welded, clipped or screwed to the pump piston.
