<p>A wheel (10) for an automobile, having a rim (20) and a disc (30). A disc flange (35) of the disc (30) is provided with non-contact sections (36) not making contact with the inner peripheral surface of the rim (20), and the non-contact sections (36) are located on lines each extended from a line passing through the center of each spoke (33) in the width direction, to the outer side of the wheel in the radial direction. As result, the rigidity of the disc (30) at positions at which the spokes (33) are provided in the circumferential direction of the wheel can be reduced in comparison with the case (conventional case) in which the non-contact sections (36) are not provided. The configuration enables the difference in the rigidity of the disc (30) between positions at which decorative holes (34) are provided in the circumferential direction of the wheel and positions at which the spokes (33) are provided in the circumferential direction of the wheel to be reduced in comparison with the conventional case. As a result, the wheel (10) has increased durability and improved run-out accuracy in comparison with the conventional case.</p> |
