#CMT# #/CMT# The multi-layered material structure comprises at least one laser-beam absorbing layer (1) forming the surface of the packaging and one layer (3) which reflects the laser beam. Blind holes (6) are formed extending from the surface layer down to the laser-reflecting layer.
