摘要 The present invention relates to an exposure chamber apparatus for assessing nanoparticle inhalation toxicity, in which an inlet and an outlet of the exposure chamber apparatus for exposing laboratory animals to nanoparticles are formed to have relatively larger areas to generate a uniform airflow in the entire area of the interior of a suction chamber, and nanoparticles supplied into the suction chamber through the airflow are more smoothly diffused so as to form a uniform distribution of nanoparticles throughout the entire area of the interior of the suction chamber. Accordingly, the degree of exposing laboratory animals to nanoparticles can be maintained at an accurate level, thus improving the reliability of a test for assessing nanoparticle inhalation toxicity.
