The present invention relates to a bed mattress in which a molding foam and a cushion member are mounted on at least the upper surface or the lower surface of a spring assembly. The bed mattress comprises: spring assembly (10) in which coil springs (11) are arranged between upper rim member (12) and lower rim member (13) in row and column directions; molding foam (20) mounted on at least the upper surface or the lower surface of spring assembly (10), and which has an upper surface on which receiving space (21) is formed; and cushion member (30) accommodated in receiving space (21) to cooperate with coil springs (11) and molding foam (20) to provide cushioning and buffering effects. The bed mattress of the present invention can accommodate different kinds of cushion members to provide a variety of cushioning effects to a user and to increase convenience and comfort to satisfy the taste of the user.
