An endoscope (10) for treatment, comprising: an insertion section (12) to be inserted into a body cavity, the insertion section (12) being provided with a tip hard section (41) at a body tip and also with a body curve section (42) provided to the proximal end side of the tip hard section (41); one or more arm sections (33, 34) for treatment, projecting to the tip side from the tip hard section (41) and provided with curve mechanisms (37, 38), respectively; operation sections (19, 22) provided on the proximal end side of the insertion section (12); and an observation section (200) provided with an image capturing section (202) disposed within the tip hard section (41) of the insertion section (12) and capturing an image of the field of view in the body cavity. Also, the endoscope (10) for treatment is provided with operation section attaching/detaching means (A, B, C) for detachably attaching the operation sections (19, 22) to the insertion section (12), and also with an observation section attaching/detaching means (72, 205) for detachably attaching the observation section (200) to the insertion section (12).
