<p>An optimizing method for handover, handover device and system are provided by the present invention embodiments. In said method, a user plane handover of a service control system is initiated first, after the user plane handover for the service control system is accomplished and a response message is returned, a radio air interface handover for a mobile terminal is further initiated according to the response message. Application of the present invention can shorten the voice interruption time effectively during the handover process of single radio access voice call continuity, and improve the service experience of users.</p> |
