<p>It is possible to automatically image a desired landscape outside a vehicle. While a vehicle V is running according to a guide route LA searched by a route search unit (41), a guide unit (42) outputs guide information on a guide intersection CA which instructs the vehicle V to turn right or left. An imaging control unit (44) uses the guide information to control imaging operations of a front camera (1), a front right camera (2), a front left camera (4), and a back camera (4) mounted on the vehicle V. Image data obtained by the imaging operations is stored in an image storage unit (45). Thus, an information recording system IS can automatically pinpoint-image a landscape outside the vehicle and store the obtained image data without requiring any operation by a person in the vehicle V including a vehicle driver.</p> |
