Provided is an analysis chip by which, in stirring a solution of a test substance with microparticles, the stirring efficiency of the test substance solution can be increased by using large-sized microparticles, without impairing a part of a support, on which a selectively bonding substance is fixed, by the migrating microparticles, to thereby increase the reaction efficiency with the selectively bonding substance. An analysis chip comprising: a support to the surface of which a selectively bonding substance is fixed; a container holding a solution containing a test substance capable of reacting with the selectively bonding substance; and microparticles for stirring the solution enclosed in a space formed by the support and the container, characterized in that a partition wall, which allows the permeation of the solution containing the test substance but not the microparticles, is provided in the space in such a manner as to separate the microparticles from the face on the support to which the selectively bonding substance is fixed; an analysis method using the analysis chip; and a method for stirring a solution. |
