<p>A medicinal liquid injection device provided with syringe adapters (300) which removably receive cylinder flanges formed at ends of the cylinders (210) of syringes (200C, 200P), and also with an injection head (110) to which the syringes (200C, 200P) are mounted through the syringe adapters (300). The injection head (110) is provided with adapter receivers (114a) to which the syringe adapters (300) are replaceably mounted and which have openings on the upper side thereof. The syringe adapters (300) are each provided with a pair of arm sections which is located on both the left and right sides of the received cylinder flange and is elastically displaceably supported in such a manner that the gap between the arm sections can be changed.</p>
