A method, a device and a system for forwarding information are provided. The method includes the steps of: an information forwarding device receives Long Term Evolution (LTE) information sent from a source node, the LTE information carries address information of a target node (101); based on the address information, the information forwarding device forwards the LTE information to a corresponding target node; the source node is connected to the target node without an interface (102). The device includes a receiving module and a forwarding module, the receiving module receives the LTE information sent from the source node, the LTE information carries the address information of the target node; the forwarding module forwards the LTE information to the corresponding target node based on the address information. Embodiments of the present invention forward the LTE information to the corresponding target node based on the address information carried by the LTE information, so as to achieve the function of Inter Cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) and switching among neighboring nodes which are connected with each other without interface, and the quality of service for User Equipment (UE) at the edge of a cell can be improved.
