A system and process for emptying excess toner from repaired or remanufactured laser printer toner cartridges by vacuuming the excess toner from the developer section of the cartridge, for use in both magnetic toner and non-magnetic toner after the cartridge has been assembled and post-assembly tested, whereby the removal of excess toner from the cartridge prevents the cartridge from "sweating", i.e., leaking toner out from the developing roller section of the cartridge and into the shipping packaging box during shipping and storage. |
