<p>The device has a warmer for warming air, and a supply element for supplying the warm air as dry air into a paint chamber (24). A compressor compresses the air, before the air is supplied to the warmer. The supply element has a drying hose (16), which extends into the paint chamber so that the dry air is guided directly at arbitrary areas of the paint chamber. The compressor and the warmer are arranged outside the paint chamber. A filter unit is arranged downstream to the compressor.
