PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect luminaire allowing weight to be reduced without significantly increasing strength of a reflector itself, and capable of preventing a reflector part from being easily bent and broken even when a load is applied thereto; and a bathroom unit provided with an indirect luminaire and high in safety. SOLUTION: This indirect luminaire is structured such that the reflector is supported to a wall surface through a hinge so that a reflection position at which direct light of a fluorescent tube is shaded as indirect illumination, and a fluorescent tube replacement position in replacing the fluorescent tube can be changed over to each other; a lock fitting is arranged at an intermediate position on the upper edge side of the reflector to face the wall surface; and, when the reflector is rotated from the fluorescent tube replacement position to the reflection position, the reflector is received by a reception fitting having a guide part entering into a through hole formed on an engagement part of the lock fitting in the process of rotation, and guiding the engagement part to the reception position.
