摘要 <p>The inverter mechanism of a glass machine by which parisons are transferred to a finish mold side, comprises a compressed air cylinder drive (3), a comparison unit and a signal giver, where a muzzle mechanism of the glass machine is adjustable for transferring the parisons by piston (6) of the compressed air cylinder drive, whose feed area (16) and withdrawal area (27) are connectable over first and/or second valve arrangement to an air source (20, 28). The first valve arrangement is formed as proportional valve. The inverter mechanism of a glass machine by which parisons are transferred to a finish mold side, comprises a compressed air cylinder drive (3), a comparison unit and a signal giver, where a muzzle mechanism of the glass machine is adjustable for transferring the parisons by piston (6) of the compressed air cylinder drive, whose feed area (16) and withdrawal area (27) are connectable over first and/or second valve arrangement to an air source (20, 28). The first valve arrangement by which the feed area of the compressed air cylinder drive is connectable to the air source is formed as proportional valve, whose flow cross-section is adjustable by a control unit corresponding to the result of desired value/actual value related to the piston movement in compressed air cylinder. The second valve arrangement by which the withdrawal area is connectable to the air source is formed as three/two-way valve, and the second valve arrangement by which the feed area is connectable to the air source, is formed as proportional valve. The first and second valve arrangements are arranged in the form of an individual valve component and connected to common air source. The first proportional valve and the second valve arrangement formed as three/two-way valve or as second proportional valve are connectable to a damping device by which a compressed air stream evacuating the compressed air cylinder drive is steamed. A way-sensor is arranged to a piston pole of the compressed air cylinder drive, where the actual position of the piston and the muzzle mechanism are detectable by the way-sensor that is connected to a signal evaluation unit by which the way-sensor signals are transformable in position-, speed- and/or acceleration data and/or actual value of the piston movement in compressed air cylinder. The signal evaluation unit of the way sensor and an input-/output unit by which the actual values are entered for the piston movement in compressed air cylinder in the comparison unit, are connected by the comparison unit by which the desired value is compared with the actual value for the piston movement in compressed air cylinder. A signal corresponding to a deviation of the desired value from the actual value is stored to the control unit. A signal indicating the feed process and withdrawal process is applied to the control unit in interaction with the way-sensor, by a signal giver. An independent claim is included for a method for controlling feed- and withdrawal movement of a compressed air cylinder drive of inverter mechanism of a glass machine.</p>
