The ceramic product such as fire-proof mold body comprises a mixture of natural and/or synthetic inorganic non-metal raw materials, binder and optionally further additives. The mixture consists of oxidic components (10 wt.%), organic binder (0.05-2.7 wt.%) acting as a solubilizer in the mixture, and hydrous dispersing agent (3-10 wt.%), based on the weight of all solids of the mixture. The product contains less than 0.1 wt.% carbon after the use at 600[deg] C based on the total weight of the ceramic product. The ratio of oxidic- or non-oxidic component is 80:20 to 50:50.
