<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein geometric distortion is large in viewing a video from a position different from the position of an ideal viewing point set as the reference of generating the video in the conventional video display system equipped with a video display surface whose shape is a part of a curved surface turning its concave surface toward a user. <P>SOLUTION: The video display system is equipped with such a video display surface that a part of a common part to a certain plane is made a circular arc, and generates the video by setting the position of the ideal viewing point on the circumference of a circle including the circular arc on the plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
