A light-diffusing sheet for a back light unit is provided to enhance light shielding performance by using an internal diffusion film including an organic diffuser and resin particles having different refractive indexes. A light-diffusing sheet for a back light unit includes an internal diffusion film(2) and a light-diffusing layer(5). The internal diffusion film is used as a base material. The internal diffusion film includes haze of 40-95 percent and an optical characteristic of transmittance of 50-95 percent. The light-diffusing layer is formed on one surface of the internal diffusion film. A binder resin(4) and two or more transparent resin particles(3a,3b,3c) having different refractive indexes are coated on the light-diffusing layer. |
